Independent Artists
All artists working out of Haus of Chantel are independent contractors. Each artist:
Manages their own bookings
Sets their own pricing
Handles their own deposits, payments, cancellations, and no-show policies
Haus of Chantel does not control or manage individual artist policies.
Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are made directly through each artist. Any changes, cancellations, fees, or refunds are handled between you and your artist.
The salon itself is not responsible for:
Missed appointments
Cancellation or no-show fees
Refunds or disputes related to services
Always review your artist’s policy before booking.
Payments
Haus of Chantel does not process payments for services. All payments are collected directly by the individual artist providing the service.
